Hi. 

My name is Don Purcell, founder, CEO and janitorial technician at Cartoonut.

My Father was a Rocket scientist and my Mother a Brain surgeon, so you can imagine their dissapointment upon the revelation that they had created

a cartoonist. I started cartooning at a very early age and drew my inspiration from the Great ones: Walt Kelly who gave us Pogo, George Herriman who gave us Krazy Kat, and my Grandmother who gave me cookies.

I love cartooning as an emotion, an expression and an art form.
